Women’s Rest retreat May 2025, Mornington Peninsula
Do you feel like life is constantly full and busy?
Do you wish you could just take a moment for yourself—to slow down, connect with like-minded women, and embrace practices that nourish and support you?
On this Women’s Weekend Retreat, we’ve created the perfect space for you to pause, rest, and reconnect.
The agenda has been thoughtfully designed to include plenty of time to slow down and engage in mindful movement. Enjoy Slow Flow Yoga, Meditation, and Yin Yoga, as well as creative and mindful activities that help you reconnect with yourself.

Lucy Jarvis
It didn’t take long before Lucy realised there was something special about yoga after her first class at 23. It was like nothing she had ever experienced, and the effects were instantly positive on her sleep quality and mental well-being.
After taking the plunge and becoming a teacher after being a student for 10 years, she’s worked at some of the best studios in Melbourne.
Lucy has assisted in YTT’s and Yin Yoga trainings, retreats, and been mentored in Yin by Jody Vassallo before beginning to run retreats and workshops in the in 2023.
Lucy’s approach to Yoga is light-hearted and welcoming, hoping to show students that Yoga is truly accessible to everyone.
Lucy’s classes have a strong element of storytelling and focus on energetics, expect lots of moments to pause, contemplate and check in.

Retreat love
“I almost don’t want to tell you how great this retreat was because I want to keep it as my little secret, but it exceeded my expectations and then some. Lucy is the hostess with the mostest and every little detail was done with utmost love and care at the core. A truly nurturing, restorative and well treasured experience in my books”
“A truly magical experience with beautiful, like minded humans. Lucy curated a perfect mix of yoga, meditation and optional activities. It was so lovely to have the retreat catered by Ash and to feel cared for and looked after in every way. Even the activities that felt a little out of my comfort zone were delivered in a wonderfully safe and welcoming environment. Cannot wait for the next one xx”
“The retreat at King Parrot cottages run by Lucy, Steve and Oya was such a nourishing and beneficial experience. The facilitators created an amazing offering and looked after and supported all of the guests. I highly recommend this retreat for anyone interested in learning more about yoga and meditation and for those wanting some time to step away from the world for a while and be looked after”
